Rawcliffe is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of the City of York in North Yorkshire, England. It is bordered by the A19 and A1237, and lies about 3 miles north-west of York between Skelton and Clifton Without. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 5,407, increasing to 6,511 at the 2011 Census. Before 1996 it had been part of the Ryedale district.
