Time to shut this place down and start fresh. The staff here perfectly embodies the worst of government-run businesses -- acting as if having to serve customers is the greatest hardship of their day.
One employee at the counter. Much chatter and milling about long slow moving line. Place is outdated. Not very clean. Not very efficient. PO Box fees outrageous
I've come here a couple of times, but just to drop off some mail. I've been inside to drop off my mail into the drop slot. I've never been to the counter, so I can't say how the customer service is. S
