Tech came quickly. I had three issues: no audio, not connecting to iphone, and battery problems. Only fixed one, $150 later. Very disappointing.

When costs of repairing today's products are near or the same range as purchasing a new product, it is wisest to take one's time to determine best approach. I have not decided to go with repairing.
