Customer service it's not bad, but after a certain hour the food becomes not the best. A lot of burritos (cheese and beans and chicken enchilada) will come with undercooked rice that is hard to chew.

ordered nacho fries and the fries are wrinkly rock hard darken color , look like they were three days old but obviously they didn't care at all!

customer service was really great. never had such a great experience at a taco bell honestly. the food was really awesome too it tasted incredibly fresh and the guy who sounds like flint lockwood real
