We are located just off of 700 South Foothill Blvd, in Salt Lake City Utah, and conveniently on the same campus as the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Eligibility for the Salt Lake Veterans Home includes U.S. Veterans, spouses of active duty Veterans, and Gold Star Parents.
