Customer service was very good. I came in, bought an LG TV and was out in about 30 minutes. The only thing id, I was not told that DirecTV isn't compatible with LG TV.

IMO they don't even deserve 2.5 stars. The geek squad does not complete the work needed. Also misses a lot of important things when loading and transfering. I would give them 1 stars

Wow! Everyone working there jmust hate working there. Nonresponsive, discourteous and abrupt. I do not like shopping there
