Food is not fresh. Service is awful. Worst manhattan bagel I have ever been to. The interior is dirty and I have seen a cockeroach on the floor. Avoid at all costs.

This place was awful from the moment we placed our order. We got 3 bagels, 1 sandwich and two toasted, coffee, OJ and water. As we paid people were walk around behind the counter where the food was, a
