The Albert is Inman Park’s best neighborhood bar with a decent beer selection and a few TVs that are always playing a sporting event. It feels a bit like an old-timey pub with gothic silver lion heads embedded in the exposed brick wall and actual flames dancing inside bronze wall lanterns. The menu has typical bar bites like chicken wings, perfectly seared burgers, and specialty hot dogs that work well for game days or random Tuesday night dinners. The side room (for overflow) weirdly departs from the pub theme and enters bistro territory. Think faux marble tabletops and navy-and-white checkered chairs. That room is fine in a pinch, but if you can, stick to The Albert’s best side, which is undisputedly the bar.
