We’ve found the rest of the menu at this casual Mexican restaurant in Pilsen to be hit-or-miss. But the burger alone is reason enough to come to La Mejikana. The beef patty is perfectly cooked, and topped with guacamole, an egg, grilled onions, chihuahua cheese, chipotle mayo, and a crispy chorizo patty that we’d choose over bacon any day.
