It was the go-to restaurant we would hit before attending shows at the legendary Metro (one of the best venues in Chicago). My favorite dish is the Tofu Scramble Deluxe. Simple, yet healthy."

"Nic’s is a more upscale, all-vegan restaurant that has the best Detroit-style pizza. I find it difficult to find a thick-crusted vegan pizza that tastes close to the traditional 'real' thing, but Nic’s cracked the code."
