Carved over thousands of years by the Río Camuy, the third-largest underground river in the world, the park features more than 220 limestone caves and caverns spanning more than 10 miles. Desecheo National Wildlife Refuge is an uninhabited marine reserve located off the west coast of Puerto Rico, accessible only by boat. Because of its superb reefs, underwater caves and diverse marine life, it's a top destination for snorkeling and diving.
