So now, in addition to soaking up the sun (and the scene) in your private cabana, you can also peruse a multi-station buffet offering everything from roast beef and lamb shoulder to pizzas, omelets, granola, and house-made guacamole.

Nikkei cuisine has proven time and again that it adapts marvelously to brunch and this latest example is no exception. Those looking for booze can opt for bottomless Jah-Mah Marys, rosé, and Mimosas for $36 per person, while noshing on specialities like Chocolate Babka French Toast, Moroccan Shakshuka, Avocado Toast, Falafel Benedict, and so much more.

From a tiny grab n’ go counter to an all new recently opened massive diner-esque spot, Chug’s is the place to go if you’re looking for something on the breakfastier side of brunch. Open seven days a week with a selection of breakfast items (available until close) like Salmon Tostada with Cuban bread, whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onions, capers and dill; Chug’s famous Cast-iron Pancake slow-cooked in clarified butter and served on a pool of decadent maple syrup.

Located at Freehand Miami, 27 Restaurant is a full service bar and restaurant that features brunch every Sunday. Using ingredients from the property’s lush herb garden, chef Jimmy Lebron and team whip up standouts like Oyster Mushrooms and Labneh, Latke Benedict, Shakshuka, and Kimchi Fried Rice in a communal-style atmosphere. It comes as no surprise that the Bar Lab concept would have a solid cocktail program to complement the dishes.

So if you’ve got a hankering for Brioche French Toast, Shrimp and Grits, or a massive Breakfast Burrito slathered with chipotle sour cream and 3 pm on a Monday, they’re happy to oblige.

The last time you ate brunch at the Rusty Pelican was probably for a daytime wedding reception, but this storied venue with a postcard view of the skyline has seriously upped its food game in the last few years, and is now a must-visit for any occasion. Try the Pork Belly Waffle Sandwich with sundried tomato and maple mustard sauce. Or, if you’d like something sweeter, try the Frosted Flake-crusted French Toast topped with caramel sauce and cinnamon whipped cream.
