Chuy is the northernmost region in Kyrgyzstan, a mountainous country full of options for mountaineering, climbing and, needless to say, horse riding enthusiasts. A good choice is to be inspired by the horse riding trail that, surrounded by Kyrgyz mountains, crosses into the Issyk-Kul Region. This horse ride takes place along wild paths with some stretches at over 3,000 meters high in a territory that is mainly inhabited by the Kyrgyz, a millennial ethnic group.
The Department of Antioquia, in Colombia, has so much to offer beyond the capital, Medellín. Take Las Orquídeas Natural National Park for example, the hidden paradise of the Murrí Valley or the route that connects La Blanquita (Frontino) and El Sireno (Urrao). It is a mule crossing (part mare and part donkey) that crosses exotic landscapes among indigenous tribes.
