Little Beast Brewing brews exceptional farmhouse style ales by harnessing the fermentation process in a way that enhances the robust flavors of the beer. The beers are refreshing, tart and satisfying -- indeed, it's hard to imagine a summer without one of these thirst-quenchers. Von Ebert Brewing opened in 2018 and instantly became a go-to spot for beer enthusiasts. It replaced a beloved (now defunct) brewery but, thankfully, didn't displace the brewery's top brewers. -- Sam Pecoraro and Sean Burke. The result? An instant success that has won some prestigious awards in the beer community. The Volatile Substance IPA won the Oregonian's Beer of the Year in 2019. Need I say more?
